Abstract

The Lisbon Treaty introduced a new category of legislative acts – delegated acts. The process of delegating of legal acts was reviewed while discussing the package of basic regulations that implements Common Agricultural Policy after 2014 The package includes: direct payments, development of rural areas, market regulations and horizontal questions (financing, control and monitoring of CAP). / Synopsis. Traktat z Lizbony wprowadził nową kategorię aktów prawnych – akty delegowane. Proces delegowania aktów prawnych został omówiony na przykładzie dyskusji nad pakietem rozporządzeń bazowych wdrażającym Wspólną Politykę Rolną po roku 2014, a obejmującym: płatności bezpośrednie, rozwój obszarów wiejskich, regulacje rynkowe oraz kwestie horyzontalne (finansowanie, kontrole i monitoring WPR).
