Polski i światowy rynek malin i ich przetworów

Abstract

Raspberries become an important part of Polish export offer. International trade of fresh raspberries is however, limited due to their vulnerability to damages. Consequently the international trade involves mostly countries in the neighborhood. The main part of raspberries sales falls on frozen fruits. Frozen raspberries production in Poland is developed very well. That is why our country increases its share in the global market. An article has aimed to analyze the changes in harvest and global trade of raspberries. Main global exporters and producers of fresh raspberries will be identified, as well as the receivers of frozen raspberries. Furthermore the polish position on the global market will be described, with pointing out the main competitors of our country. / Synopsis. Maliny stają się istotną ofertą eksportową Polski. Międzynarodowy handel świeżymi owocami jest jednak ograniczany przez ich trwałość i przeważnie odbywa się pomiędzy krajami blisko siebie położonymi. Większa część obrotów malinami przypada na ich mrożonki. Ta grupa produktów jest silną stroną naszego kraju. Dzięki temu Polska systematycznie zdobywa coraz większy udział w rynku. Artykuł ma na celu przeanalizowanie zmian zachodzących w zbiorach i obrotach malinami na świecie. Zidentyfikowani zostaną główni eksporterzy oraz odbiorcy tych owoców jak i wytwarzanych z nich mrożonek. Ponadto określona zostanie pozycja Polski na rynku światowym i unijnym ze wskazaniem najważniejszych konkurentów naszego kraju.
