Produkcyjna i dochodotwórcza rola agrobiznesu w gospodarce narodowej w polsce i niemczech

Abstract

Celem opracowania było porównanie wyników produkcyjnych i dochodowych w agrobiznesie w Polsce i Niemczech. Porównano udział agrobiznesu w gospodarce narodowej oraz jego strukturę wewnętrzną w zakresie uzyskiwanych wyników produkcyjnych i dochodowych. Główną metodą badawczą była analiza nakładów i wyników (input- -output analaysis), której podstawą są tabele przepływów międzygałęziowych oraz metoda porównawcza. W Polsce przemiany struktury agrobiznesu w tym zakresie przebiegają w pożądanym kierunku, spada znaczenie rolnictwa, natomiast wzrasta – przemysłu spożywczego i przemysłów wytwarzających środki produkcji i usługi. W latach 1995, 2000 i 2007 systematycznie zmniejsza się udział agrobiznesu w gospodarce narodowej, jednak – w porównaniu z gospodarką niemiecką – sytuacja w polskim sektorze rolno-żywnościowym jest nienowoczesna i tradycyjna. Głównym warunkiem przeprowadzenia w Polsce zmian w tym zakresie jest, przede wszystkim, wzrost gospodarczy oraz skuteczne wykorzystanie pomocy unijnej dla sektora rolno-żywnościowego.
