Zadłużenie i aktywność inwestycyjna gospodarstw rolniczych w zależności od typu rolniczego

Abstract

W artykule przedstawiono zróżnicowanie w zadłużeniu i aktywności inwestycyjnej gospodarstw rolniczych na przykładzie Wielkopolski i Śląska. Wykazano, że najlepsze pod względem analizowanych parametrów były gospodarstwa ogrodnicze i zajmujące się hodowlą zwierząt ziarnożernych. W grupach tych gospodarowały osoby wykazujące skuteczność we współpracy z instytucjami finansowymi. Nie powinno się jednak przy tym zaniedbywać bieżącej analizy rachunku ekonomicznego. Odnotowano bowiem znaczną dysproporcję między wartością produkcji a dochodowością prowadzonej działalności, co może mieć niekorzystny wpływ na poziom zadłużenia poszczególnych gospodarstw.
