Indywidualne gospodarstwa rolne jako beneficjenci działania 5. Prow „zalesienia gruntów rolnych” w województwie wielkopolskim

Abstract

Opracowanie dotyczy analizy przestrzennej (według powiatów) Działania 5. PROW „Zalesienia gruntów rolnych” w województwie wielkopolskim oraz oceny indywidualnych gospodarstw rolnych z punktu widzenia poziomu absorpcji środków przeznaczonych na jego realizację. Analizę przeprowadzono w oparciu o sześć mierników, które poddano procedurze standaryzacji i przedstawiono w formie średniej wartości znormalizowanej. Czasowo analiza obejmuje lata 2004-2006, tj. pierwszy finansowy okres członkostwa Polski w UE. Artykuł opracowano na podstawie oryginalnej bazy danych, utworzonej na podstawie materiałów Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa (ARiMR), dotyczących zalesień gruntów rolnych w ramach PROW oraz danych Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego, dotyczących liczby i powierzchni gospodarstw rolnych o areale powyżej 1 ha UR.
