Aktywność społeczno-zawodowa kobiet na obszarach wiejskich – kierunki zmian na przykładzie województwa opolskiego

Abstract

Celem opracowania było ustalenie zmian aktywności społeczno-zawodowej kobiet wiejskich w województwie opolskim w latach 2002-2012, a także widocznych przejawów adaptacji tej grupy do zmieniających się uwarunkowań społecznych i gospodarczych. W związku z dysfunkcjami rynku pracy na obszarach wiejskich i jednoczesnym wzrostem aspiracji edukacyjnych kobiet powstaje duże ryzyko utraty potencjału tkwiącego w kobietach wiejskich. Brak rozwiązania tych problemów może doprowadzić do osłabienia potencjału ludzkiego na wsi, zarówno przez pogłębienie izolacji obszarów wiejskich względem miast, jak i odpływ osób najbardziej aktywnych w poszukiwaniu szans rozwoju osobistego i zawodowego.
