Rolnictwo w polsce w świetle zmian polityki unii europejskiej

Abstract

Wspólna Polityka Rolna (WPR) Unii Europejskiej odgrywa szczególną rolę w procesie integracji europejskiej oraz w realizacji wielu celów wspólnotowych wykraczających poza tradycyjnie pojmowane funkcje rolnictwa związane z produkcją żywności. Dlatego dokonujące się zmiany, ewolucja i procesy przystosowawcze zachodzące w ramach WPR charakteryzują się dużą częstotliwością i dynamiką. Wskazują one, jak zróżnicowany i trudny koncepcyjnie i organizacyjnie jest system WPR, jaką rolę spełniają w tej ewolucji rozwiązania ekonomiczne i organizacyjne, rozwój gospodarczy, możliwości pozarolniczego rynku pracy, a także doświadczenia i zmiany w rolnictwie. W artykule zaprezentowano istotę finansowania założeń Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej Unii Europejskiej.
