Wysokość dopłat z programów rolno-środowiskowych a wyniki ekonomiczne gospodarstw ekologicznych w polsce

Abstract

Na podstawie danych empirycznych ze 196 gospodarstw prowadzących produkcję metodami ekologicznymi, stwierdzono niską towarowość produkcji w grupie gospodarstw otrzymujących największe dopłaty z programów rolno-środowiskowych. Proporcja dopłat ogółem w stosunku do produkcji towarowej wyniosła prawie 1:1, a w grupie otrzymującej ponad 50 tys. dopłat – prawie 3:1. W grupie gospodarstw otrzymujących najwięcej dopłat odnotowano najwyższy poziom dochodu rolniczego. W skali całego kraju oznacza to, że gospodarstwa, które uzyskują powyżej 20 tys. zł dopłat z programów rolno-środowiskowych, otrzymują ponad 62% wszystkich dopłat z tych programów. Jednocześnie gospodarstwa te tworzą około 1/3 całej produkcji towarowej.
