Abstract

Applications of GIS techniques in the management of territorial unit is the method which gives the opportunity of entire process and verification of the inventory of resources and property, also to storage and processing of data, which in the correct manner is quick, exact, transparent and supports process of preparing and acquisition of deals for investors. In connection with the software development that creates opportunities for new applications of this method - it is an attractive and comprehensive tool in the management of modern organizations. The aim of this article is to review the theoretical and practical aspects of application of this method in the territorial marketing.
