Środki I Programy Wspierające Podnoszenie Wykształcenia Ludności Wiejskiej W Polsce

Abstract

Celem pracy jest przedstawienie różnych form wsparcia i towarzyszących im źródeł finansowania, które przeznaczone były na edukację i kształcenie ludności wiejskiej w latach 2002-2016 oraz określenie efektów tych działań. Dokonano przeglądu licznych polityk i programów unijnych (w tym krajowych) oraz ofert różnych fundacji działających na rzecz ludności wiejskiej. Przestudiowano obszerną literaturę przedmiotu, empiryczne materiały i opracowania instytucji unijnych i krajowych, a także przeanalizowano programy wspierające ekonomiczno-społeczny rozwój obszarów wiejskich w Polsce. Dane niezbędne do napisania pracy pochodziły również od takich instytucji badawczo-naukowych, jak IRWiR, IERiGŻ oraz z dostępnych opracowań GUS i The World Bank.
