Pozycja Produktów Pochodzenia Zwierzęcego W Polskim Handlu Rolno-Spożywczym

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie pozycji produktów branży mięsnej i mleczarskiej w polskim handlu rolno-spożywczym w latach 2010-2016. Dokonano analizy zmian w strukturze geograficznej i towarowej w handlu produktami wybranych sektorów na tle całego sektora rolno-spożywczego oraz na podstawie wskaźników ujawnionych przewag komparatywnych (RCA) dokonano oceny ich pozycji konkurencyjnej. Badania wykazały, że pomimo niesprzyjających okoliczności zewnętrznych związanych z ograniczeniami w handlu, sektor mięsny pozostaje kluczowy dla polskiego przemysłu spożywczego. Odpowiada on za około 20% eksportu i generuje 1/3 nadwyżki w handlu produktami rolno-spożywczymi. Najszybciej w Polsce rozwija się branża drobiarska, która w najmniejszym stopniu odczuła skutki embarga i sukcesywnie powiększała swoje przewagi komparatywne.
