Kapitał Ludzki I Jego Znaczenie W Rozwoju Gospodarstw Mleczarskich Na Obszarze Wschodniej Polski – Wyniki Badań Empirycznych

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest próba ukazania związku pomiędzy rozwojem gospodarstw specjalizujących się w produkcji mleka działających na terenie Wschodniej Polski, rozpatrywanym z punktu widzenia inwestycji realizowanych w gospodarstwach a kapitałem ludzkim zgromadzonym w tych gospodarstwach. Materiałem źródłowym były wyniki własnych badań ankietowych. Problematyka rozwoju gospodarstw rolnych jest złożona. Czynnikiem sprawiającym, że zasoby którymi dysponuje gospodarstwo rolne są odpowiednio lub niewłaściwie wykorzystywane, jest człowiek. To w gestii producenta rolnego, którym niejednokrotnie jest właściciel gospodarstwa, pozostają decyzje dotyczące rozwoju gospodarstwa. Rozwój ten, zgodnie z literaturą przedmiotu, może być uwarunkowany inwestycjami lub mieć charakter nieinwestycyjny.
