Postawy I Opinie Właścicieli Winnic W Polsce Dotyczące Ochrony Środowiska Oraz Relacji Z Otoczeniem Biznesowym I Instytucjonalnym

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest poznanie opinii właścicieli winnic w zakresie wybranych elementów zrównoważonego rozwoju obszarów wiejskich. Skupiono się na zdiagnozowaniu opinii respondentów względem ochrony środowiska przyrodniczego oraz relacji z otoczeniem społecznym i instytucjonalnym. Zbierając dane empiryczne wykorzystano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego, w ramach której zastosowano badania ankietowe, które przeprowadzono w 2017 roku na grupie 73 respondentów. Większość badanych właścicieli winnic wykazywała zainteresowanie stanem środowiska przyrodniczego, zatrudniała lokalnych pracowników i kupowała produkty od lokalnych przedsiębiorców, oferowała usługi turystyczne i promowała walory przyrodnicze regionu. Działania te wpisują się w koncepcję zrównoważonego rozwoju obszarów wiejskich, przyczyniają się do zwiększenia rozpoznawalności walorów kulturowych i krajobrazowych, jak i do rozwoju lokalnych rynków.
