Wpływ środowiska zamieszkania na zachowania żywieniowe dzieci w wieku 10-12 lat1

Abstract

Celem badania była ocena wpływu środowiska zamieszkania, w podziale na wieś i miasto, na zachowania żywieniowe dzieci w wieku 10-12 lat. W badaniu ankietowym wykorzystano metodę audytoryjną. Kwestionariusze wypełniło po 100 dzieci zamieszkałych na wsi i w mieście. Metodą Food Attitude Survey (FAS-R) oceniono znajomość i stopień akceptacji przez dzieci 20 prezentowanych w badaniu produktów spożywczych. Sformułowano wniosek, że dzieci pochodzące ze wsi częściej od swoich rówieśników mieszkających w mieście, jedzą między posiłkami produkty o właściwościach prozdrowotnych. Otrzymane wyniki mogą być wykorzystane w fazie projektowania oraz wprowadzania na rynek nowych produktów dla dzieci i młodzieży.
