Zalety i wady form prawnych użytkowania ziemi z Zasobów Własności Rolnej Sk arbu Państwa w świetle badań ankietowych w województwie warmińsko-mazurskim

Abstract

Celem badań była identyfikacja wad i zalet form prawnych użytkowania ziemi pochodzącej z Zasobu Własności Rolnej Skarbu Państwa w województwie warmińsko-mazurskim. W opinii badanych główną zaletą dzierżawy była możliwość tańszego (niż w przypadku zakupu) prowadzenia produkcji rolniczej. Do najważniejszych wad dzierżawienia gruntów z ZWRSP ankietowani rolnicy zaliczali niepewność gospodarowania w dłuższej perspektywie czasu. Najistotniejszym atutem zakupu gruntów rolniczych jest możliwość dalszego inwestowania w gospodarstwo bez obawy o utratę gruntów. Respondenci jako główną wadę zakupu gruntów wskazywali na wysoką cenę tej formy użytkowania.
