Zmiany w poziomie wykształcenia ludności na obszarach wiejskich

Abstract

Celem badań było przedstawienie kapitału ludzkiego jako ważnego czynnika wspierającego rozwój obszarów wiejskich. Wykorzystano dane wtórne pochodzące z GUS. Przeanalizowano wskaźnik skolaryzacji, za pomocą którego zaobserwowano różnice między województwami w uczęszczaniu dzieci do szkoły podstawowej oraz w perspektywie czasowej zmniejszenie wartości tego wskaźnika. Zwrócono uwagę na demografię oraz wykształcenie jako determinanty wpływające na rozwój obszarów wiejskich. Edukacja, wykształcenie i umiejętności stanowią o jakości kapitału ludzkiego. Im wyższy poziom wykształcenia, tym lepsza jakość kapitału. Zauważono wzrostową tendencję udziału osób z wykształceniem wyższym i spadek odsetka ludności z wykształceniem najniższym. W badanym okresie (2007-2016) liczba ludności w wieku od 3 do 18 lat zmniejszyła się, powodując tym samym spadek wskaźnika skolaryzacji dla szkół podstawowych.
