Endogeniczna wartość dóbr publicznych na obszarach wiejskich: przypadek Pomorza Zachodniego

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest przetestowanie nowego podejścia do wyceny dóbr publicznych na obszarach wiejskich określanego mianem „metody waloryzacji renty ekonomicznej” – ERV (Economic Rent Valuation). Wykorzystano w nim koncepcję renty producenta i konsumenta. Sformułowano hipotezę, że dobra publiczne wywierają endogeniczny wpływ na zasoby i ich produktywność, choć nie występują w modelu jako zmienne egzogeniczne. Hipoteza ta została zweryfikowana na podstawie badania dóbr publicznych jako endogenicznych determinant dochodów z agroturystyki w regionie Pomorza Zachodniego w Polsce. Potwierdzono endogeniczny wpływ środowiskowych i kulturowych dóbr publicznych, który zwiększał efekty marginalne zmiennych podażowych i osłabiał efekty czynników popytowych.
