Polski handel zagraniczny perliczkami żywymi i mięsem perliczym w latach 2012-2016

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie zmian w polskim handlu zagranicznym produktami perliczymi w latach 2012-2016. Zastosowano analizę poziomą (indeksy o podstawie stałej i łańcuchowej) oraz analizę pionową. W Polsce w badanym okresie produkcja i spożycie mięsa perliczego były niewielkie, a eksport produktów perliczych zmniejszał się. W latach 2013-2014 import zwiększał się, a w latach 2015-2016 import obniżał się. Dodatnie saldo produktami perliczymi ogółem wystąpiło tylko w 2012 roku, a ujemne w latach 2013-2016, co może świadczyć o tym, że Polska nie jest samowystarczalna w produkcji mięsa perliczego.
