Społeczna odpowiedzialność biznesu wyzwaniem w sektorze rolno-spożywczym

Abstract

Głównym celem artykułu jest przedstawienie teoretycznych aspektów aktulnego stanu realizacji w wybranym przedsiębiorstwie przemysłu spożywczego założeń dotyczących społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu jako idei, która była znana już w okresie powstawania pierwszych przedsiębiorstw i popularna od końca XIX wieku. Współcześnie idea ta jest szeroko rozpowszechniona, jednak jej zasady i zakres stosowania wymagają precyzyjnego przeglądu i szczegółowego monitorowania w tak ważnym dziale gospodarki, jakim jest sektor rolno-spożywczy. Dokonano przeglądu definicji i zasad społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu. Przedstawiono także współczesny zakres i formy ich stosowania w praktyce na przykładzie wybranej spółki reprezentującej sektor rolno-spożywczy. Stwierdzono, że współcześnie realizacja zasad społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu to konieczność, a zarazem dodatkowy zasób niematerialny generujący wartość i przewagę konkurencyjną przedsiębiorstwa spożywczego. Niestety w praktyce bardzo trudny do zbadania.
