Efektywność substytucji pracy strumieniem kapitału w towarowych gospodarstwach rolnych o różnym potencjale produkcyjnym

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest ocena efektywności substytucji pracy ludzkiej strumieniem kapitału w towarowych gospodarstwach rolnych w Polsce w zależności od posiadanego potencjału produkcyjnego. Badania zrealizowano na podstawie danych jednostkowych monitoringu Polskiego FADN z 2016 roku, z użyciem metody funkcji produkcji rolniczej typu Cobb-Douglasa. Wykorzystując zależność pomiędzy produkcją gospodarstwa rolnego oraz czynnikami produkcji (nakładami pracy, powierzchnią użytków rolnych oraz strumieniem kapitału) i ustalając na ich podstawie równania izokwant i krańcowych stóp substytucji, oceniono efektywność substytucji w dwóch grupach gospodarstw: małych i średnio dużych pod względem wielkości ekonomicznej. Najbardziej efektywnym czynnikiem wpływającym na produkcję gospodarstw był kapitał. Badania wykazały, że w obu badanych grupach gospodarstw korzystne było substytuowanie nakładów pracy ludzkiej kapitałem. Była ona jednak bardziej opłacalna w grupie gospodarstw określonych jako małe w porównaniu z gospodarstwami o większym potencjale produkcyjnym.
