Wybrane aspekty innowacyjności przedsiębiorstw – studium przypadku

Abstract

Przedstawiono wybrane aspekty podejmowanych działań innowacyjnych przez podmioty rolnicze. Ukazano problematykę innowacyjności na przykładzie dwóch spółdzielni rolniczych z województwa podkarpackiego. Badania wykazały, że innowacje wprowadzane przez badane spółdzielnie miały głównie charakter innowacji technologicznych, a w niewielkim stopniu nietechnologicznych. Głównym efektem podejmowania tego rodzaju działań było obniżenie kosztów produkcji oraz wejście na nowe rynki zbytu.
