Środowiskowe aspekty specjalizacji gospodarstw rolnych

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest określenie wpływu różnych typów gospodarstw rolnych na środowisko przyrodnicze, ocenionego na podstawie badań własnych i danych z literatury przedmiotu. Badaniami w latach 2011-2016 objęto 7 gospodarstw RZD należących do IUNG-PIB, pogrupowanych według wiodącego kierunku produkcji. Ocenę oddziaływania gospodarstw na środowisko przeprowadzono na podstawie wartości 10 wskaźników agroekologicznych. Największe zagrożenie dla środowiska (zanieczyszczenie wód) stwarzały gospodarstwa trzodowe cechujące się niekorzystnymi (nadmiernymi) saldami składników mineralnych i glebowej materii organicznej. Gospodarstwa roślinne z uprawami polowymi, z powodu ujemnych sald składników mineralnych, przyczyniały się do obniżenia żyzności gleby. Natomiast najmniejsze zagrożenie dla środowiska przyrodniczego i żyzności gleby stwarzały gospodarstwa o mieszanym profilu produkcji i bydlęce specjalizujące się w produkcji mleka w warunkach optymalnej obsady zwierząt (ok. 1 DJP/ha UR).
