Bezpieczeństwo Ekologiczne – Zrównoważony Rozwój I Wymiar Ekonomiczny

Abstract

Celem badań było przybliżenie zagadnienia bezpieczeństwa ekologicznego, zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz nakładów inwestycyjnych na ochronę środowiska i gospodarkę wodną. Opracowanie ma charakter przeglądowy i teoretyczno-empiryczny. Zostało sporządzone na podstawie źródeł wtórnych pochodzących z publikacji GUS. Analizy dotyczą wybranych lat z okresu 2000-2015. Nakłady inwestycyjne służące ochronie środowiska według województw oraz grup inwestorów dotyczą roku 2015. Zastosowano następujące narzędzia badawcze: przegląd literatury, analizę opisową i analizę porównawczą. Nakłady na inwestycje w ochronie środowiska i gospodarce wodnej rosły, ale ich udział w nakładach inwestycyjnych w gospodarce narodowej nie był duży. Najwięcej nakładów na ochronę środowiska w 2015 roku poniesiono w województwach mazowieckim, wielkopolskim i śląskim, natomiast najmniej w warmińsko-mazurskim i podlaskim. Od kilku lat struktura grup inwestorów na ochronę środowiska nie zmienia się. Głównym inwestorem są przedsiębiorstwa (których udział w nakładach w 2015 roku wyniósł 67%), kolejnym gminy (z udziałem 27%), następnie jednostki budżetowe (6%).
