Abstract

Celem badań była identyfikacja motywów podejmowania działalności innowacyjnej w gospodarstwach użytkujących grunty z Zasobu Własności Rolnej Skarbu Państwa w województwie warmińsko- -mazurskim. Przedmiotem badań były opinie rolników na temat motywów podejmowania działalności innowacyjnej w ich gospodarstwach. Badania przeprowadzono metodą sondażu diagnostycznego z wykorzystaniem kwestionariusza ankiety. W opinii badanych, najbardziej motywacyjne oddziaływanie proinnowacyjne miały: szansa zwiększenia sprzedaży, zwiększenie rentowności prowadzonej działalności oraz obniżenie kosztów produkcji.
