Bezrobocie i rynek pracy w regionach peryferyjnych

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest ocena zakresu i kierunku zmian w poziomie bezrobocia oraz w rozmiarach i strukturze zatrudnienia na terenach peryferyjnych na przykładzie województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego. Przedmiotem analizy był także wpływ zmian na rynku pracy, wyrażających się malejącymi rozmiarami bezrobocia, na relacje pracownik-pracodawca. Ocenie poddano również ruchy migracyjne obejmujące migracje napływowe z zagranicy, migracje wewnętrzne wieś-miasto, a także migracje odpływowe powodujące depopulację obszarów wiejskich i małych miast. Zakres czasowy analizy obejmował lata 2016-2017, a podstawą analizy są dane GUS oraz Wojewódzkiego Urzędu Pracy w Olsztynie.
