Zmiany W Budżecie Rolnym Polski Na 2017 Rok

Abstract

Celem przeprowadzonych analiz było wskazanie na zmiany ilościowe i jakościowe, które zaszły w wydatkach zapisanych w ustawie budżetowej na 2017 rok w działach dotyczących rolnictwa, rozwoju wsi, rynków rolnych wraz z KRUS i budżetem środków europejskich w stosunku do 2016 roku. Porównanie te jest o tyle zasadne, że po wielu latach prowadzenia względnie konsekwentnej krajowej polityki rolnej, zauważalne jest odmienne podejście ustawodawcy do finansowania wielu obszarów sektora rolnego. Można zapytać, czy jest to renacjonalizacja wydatków w krajowym budżecie rolnym w warunkach spadającej puli funduszy z budżetu środków europejskich, czy jeszcze nie.
