Potencjał zasobów pracy przedsiębiorstw biogospodarczych w Polsce a możliwości instytucjonalnego wsparcia biogospodarki o charakterze międzywojewódzkim

Abstract

This paper identifies and examines the labor resources potential of chosen branches’ enterprises in Poland regarding voivodeships. An author made an attempt to point the areas where there is an opportunity to cooperate among voivodeships basing upon chosen bio-economy branches and moreover implementing the institutional support forms in this kind of activity (clusters, technological parks). An analysis concerned (according to Polish Activity Classification 2007): section A, section C – parts; 10, 13, 16 and 17 and also section E – part 38. The survey showed that Wielkopolska region(Great Poland) was characterized by above the average potential of staff employed in the greatest number of branches connected with bio-economy in relation to national average and also regions: Lubuskie, Łódzkie, Podlaskie. In the paper one pointed the groups of regions characterizing with above the average labor resources potential thus making possible to stimulate institutional cooperation among voivodeships of one and many-sectors character.
