Abstract

The primary objective of the study was to show the succession of farms based on the mutual exchange of knowledge and experience in a group of 50 farmers from the district łosickiego. The primary research tool was a questionnaire carried out in 2015, both in a group of young farmers, and how older. Replacing generation on farms is very important. Thanks to agriculture, which is a key area of the national economy can attract and develop messages that will contribute to its development. Knowledge-based economy affects more often agricultural, which must begin to fully appreciate the importance of knowledge and be able to see it as an important form of agricultural production.
