Produkcja cydru i perry na uproszczonych zasadach jako źródło dodatkowego dochodu w gospodarstwach sadowniczych

Abstract

The paper presents the production of cider and / or perry on a simplified basis as a source of additional income in fruit farm. The study determined the projected capital expenditures, production costs and revenue from the production, as well as the profitability of the new venture. The analysis show that the proposed project has a chance of success and could be a proposal to increase income for households aimed at the fruits production.
