Comparación del crecimiento de camarón Litopenaeus vannamei bajo dos condiciones de cultivo: uno en siembra directa y el otro por fases (Invernadero, precria)

Abstract

Objetivo. Comparar el crecimiento de camarones Litopenaeus vannamei bajo dos condiciones de cultivo: una en siembra directa y la otra por fases (Invernadero, precria). Materiales y Métodos. Para determinar que tratamiento fue mejor se realizó la toma de factores físico-químicos (Oxígeno Disuelto, Temperatura) y parámetros poblacionales (Crecimiento Acumulado, Sobrevivencia y Factor de Conversión Alimenticia). Obteniendo estos datos en un periodo de 25 días donde las camarones Litopenaeus vannamei tuvieron un peso inicial de 0.53 gr en ambos tratamientos. Resultados. Según los resultados obtenidos en el experimento, el tratamiento de siembra directa tuvo 2.45 gr de crecimiento final y el de siembra por fases alcanzó un crecimiento final de 2.66 gr. Conclusión. El tratamiento por fases gano un poco más de tamaño y biomasa que en los de siembra directa, al aplicar los análisis estadísticos se encontró que p>0.05 lo que indica que no hay diferencia significativa entre repeticiones de ambos tratamientos.
