Abstract

Agroindustry CV. Sumber Sari is an agro-industry in Jember Regency which has consistently processed coconut fiber into coconut fiber since 2000 cocofiber. The large amount of coconut waste in Jember Regency can increase the potential of CV. Sumber Sari to process coconut fiber waste into valuable products. Problems with CV. Sari's sources include temporary labor, limited technology, weather and the absence of a long-term partnership contract. The purpose of this study is to find out the added value of and to find out the picture of the business idea in the Sumber Sari company. The Hayami method is used to measure the amount of added value resulting from processing coconut fiber into cocofiber. Business Model Canvas (BMC) is used to determine 9 key elements that can make it easier for business people to detect the condition of the company and to determine the company's competitive advantage. Results of approach analysis Business Model Canvas (BMC) in the CV agro-industry. Sumber Sari must repair several blocks of BMC, including (a) key partnerships, by adding partnerships (b) Key Resources, namely using production technology for drying cocofiber and create SOPs for workers.
