Les relations entre producteurs et distributeurs : conflits et réglementations

Abstract

Le secteur de la distribution français est l'un des plus réglementés d'Europe. En particulier, la loi Galland de 1996 et la récente loi sur les nouvelles régulations économiques (NRE) de 2001 encadrent le comportement des distributeurs vis-à-vis de leurs concurrents et de leurs fournisseurs. Cependant, ce vaste dispositif peine à remplir ses objectifs d'harmonisation des relations entre industrie et commerce. Les producteurs agricoles, confrontés à la puissance d'achat croissante de la grande distribution, accusent la réglementation de manquer sa cible et d'engendrer des effets pervers. La récente prise de position de Michel Edouard Leclerc contre la loi Galland relance le débat.
