The world milk production is projected to increase by 164 million tons, out of which 74% of additional milk production is expected to come from developing countries out of which India alone accounts for 29% of global gains. This study is based on the fallowing objectives like To ascertain the growth in export of selected dairy products from India and measure instability in export of selected dairy products and the direction of trade of selected dairy products exports from India with the help of secondary data.
