El complejo oleaginoso uruguayo 2024/25: resultados de una zafra destacada y sus desafíos

Abstract

La zafra 2024/25 del complejo oleaginoso uruguayo registró un nuevo incremento tras la fuerte contracción productiva del ciclo 2022/23. El aumento de la siembra, los rendimientos récord de soja y la recuperación de los precios de la colza contribuyeron a una mejora significativa de los márgenes y del valor agregado. El complejo volvió a posicionarse entre los principales generadores de divisas y consolidó su relevancia en el sistema agrícola. El resultado evidencia la resiliencia y la capacidad de respuesta del sector ante choques adversos.
