Rotación arroz-soja-carne en la región Este como estrategia de gestión del riesgo empresarial

Abstract

El pasado 24 de julio presentamos los resultados económicos del ejercicio 2024/25 de la “UPAG Comercial”, módulo de validación de un sistema de producción para la tradicional zona arrocera de tierras bajas que integra arroz, soja y carne (vacuna y ovina). Se trata del cuarto año del primer ciclo de una rotación de seis años, en la que el sistema muestra las ventajas de una estrategia de diversificación de productos diseñada no solo para aprovechar las sinergias productivas, sino también para gestionar el riesgo.
