Abstract

From the current point of view, Montenegrin agriculture is not developed enough, especially in the case of production of cereals, fats, poultry and pig meat. According to researches and analysis provided until now, there are possibilities for better utilization of the comparative advantages in the near future, only by the more intensive and rational utilization of available resources and adequate measures of economic policy. On that way we will have opportunity to achieve self-sufficiency for the more main agricultural products. The paper treats importance and role of the opening of Agriculture faculty in Podgorica in function of the human resources education and purposes of the changes of the agricultural production from traditional to market oriented.
