Abstract

A gazdaság döntő mértékben függ a KKV-k helyzetétől. Magyarország KKV-szektorának teljesítménye máig nem tért magához a 2008-as válság okozta visszaesésből. ---------- The economy is decisively dependent on SMEs. The performance of the SME sector in Hungary has not yet recovered from the shocks caused by the 2008 economic crisis. As the direct result of the crisis the SME sector suffered a 10% decrease in terms of the number of firms, employment and added value. In order to boost the success of the economy special attention must be paid to the improvement of the competitiveness of SMEs by utilizing controlling options. Business executives manage their businesses correctly if they are open to new and innovative systems and try to incorporate their new ideas into the decision-making mechanisms. The integration of the controlling approach and the application of the controlling functions help managers base their decisions on efficient and rational thinking.
