Abstract

Végül néhány, az operátor tér struktúrából származó többlet információt kihasználó tétel segítségével két ekvivalens megfogalmazását ismertetjük Kadison egyik, a C*-algebrák algebra homomorfizmusaira vonatkozó sejtésének. --------------------------------------------------------------- Last year we have introduced operator spaces and completely bounded maps, that is we investigated how can a sequence of norms be defined on matrices constructed from the vectors of a linear space. This year we quantize matrices with entries from a C*-algebra. If A is a C*-algebra then M (A) is again a C*-algebra in a natural way, with positive elements. We define the completely positive maps of C*-algebras and list some examples. We inspect the relationship between complete positivity and complete boundedness and quote further theorems on completelypositive maps. Finally, with the help of some theorems using the extra information encoded in the operator space structure we show two equivalent forms of Kadison’s conjecture on bounded algebra homomorphisms of C*-algebras.
