Öngondoskodás Jelentőségének Vizsgálata Primerkutatás Alapján

Kutatásunkkal célunk volt, hogy megvizsgáljuk a pénzügyi-gazdasági válság megjelenésétől napjainkig, hogyan alakult a fogyasztás, a munkanélküliség, milyen mértékben változtak az adók és járulékok, és ez hogyan hatott a lakosság helyzetére. Az elemzés középpontjában a magánnyugdíj pénztárak államosításának okai, eredményei, az ezzel kapcsolatos törvények, illetve az állami nyugdíjrendszer reformjai állnak. A jogi háttér bemutatásán túl áttekintettük a nyugdíjreform szükségességét, melyet a téma egyik legnagyobb szakértője Augusztinovics Mária már korábban előre jelzett. Kitértünk a születéskor várható átlagos élettartam emelkedésére, a születésszám visszaesésére, a bérek reálértékének csökkenésére, a munkanélküliség emelkedésére, a devizaárfolyamok óriási változására, melyek ráébresztették az embereket arra, hogy nem hagyatkozhatnak csupán az államra. Primerkutatás során 150 fő részvételével kérdőíves felmérés történt, mely három korosztályt – aktív (dolgozó), fiatal (tanuló), idős (nyugdíjas)- érintett. Kérdéseink arra irányultak, hogy mennyire vannak tisztában a jelenkor eseményeivel és mennyire értenek egyet ezekkel. Összegezve tehát a KSH, MNB, az alkotmány, a jogszabályok, illetve a kérdőívek alapján alkotunk képet arról, hogy a magyar társadalom mennyire tud és akar takarékoskodni, mennyire érzik az öngondoskodás szükségszerűségét. ------------------------------------------------------------- We present the development of unemployment rate and predisposition to consumption between 2008 and recent days and the modifications of laws and regulations on taxation and contribution concerning the country’s population. In this study we focused on the reasons, results and effect of the laws modification of the private pension funds and the pension system. Beside the legal background we analyze and prove by figures the necessity of recent legislation, which was predicted by Mária Augusztinovics the greatest expert of retirement. We point out the growth of life expectancy span and the unemployment, the drop in the number of births and the real wages, the constant fluctuation of foreign exchange rates. These all have made the people realize that they cannot just lean on the government. We performed a primary research (with 150 people) in three age categories: Elderly (Old Age Pensioners), Active (in employment), Young (students). The questions referred to their knowledge and/or opinion of recent events. In conclusion we try to depict a realistic picture of how much of the Hungarian society is aware of the seriousness of the present situation and willing to and /or can turn to self-provision according to the current legislation and the data accessible from KSH and MNB and the questionnaire.
