A Dél–Alföldi Régió Zöldség-Önellátásának Logisztikai Kérdései

Az emberi lét egyik nélkülözhetetlen eleme a táplálkozás, melyet nap mint nap biztosítanunk kell, mely a XXI. század egyik legégetőbb problémája. Kutatásunk témája a helyi zöldségellátás a Dél-alföldi régióban. Tény, hogy a Dél-alföldi régió egyedülálló adottságokkal rendelkezik ökológiai, társadalmi berendezkedés és szociális háttere miatt. Magyarország zöldségtermesztési potenciáljának egyik meghatározó eleme. Felmerül a kérdés, miért nem hazai termesztésű zöldségekkel találkozunk a piacok, boltok polcain? Megoldható-e a régión belül a helyi szükségletek kielégítése? A cikkben bemutatásra kerül egy olyan ellátási lánc, mely alulról szerveződik (tagjai a kisgazdaságok) azonban erejüket közös szervezetben egyesítik. A stratégiai fontosságú zöldségek egy közel 300 mintás primer kutatás során ABC analízissel lett meghatározva. A szükséges termesztési területek tradicionális, ökológiai illetve rendelkezésre álló technológia alapján felosztásra kerültek. Az egyes területek zöldségpotenciáljai alapján meghatározásra kerültek a lokális, megyei logisztikai súlypontok. ----------------------------------------------- An indispensisble element of human life is nourishment, which we must provide day by day, and which is one of the most vital problems of the 21st century. The topic of our research is local vegetable supply in the region of the Great Plain. It is a fact that the region of the Great Plain has unique aptitudes because of its ecological and social position and background. In Hungary, one of the biggest potentials is in vegetable production. The question arises: why don’t we see locally grown vegetables on the markets and shelves of supermarkets? Is it possible to satisfy the local needs withing the region? We have written up a Logistics focus in our essay which has a bottom-up structure (the members are market garden farms) but they unite their power in a common organisation. We have defined the strategically important vegetables with ABC analysis based on a primary research of a pattern of 300. We have mapped out the producing areas which have long traditions in growing certain types of vegetables. We have defined the logistic focus areas in the region of the Great Plain which are in line with the potentials of vegetable production, and created an efficient, logistics focus. We have shared the agricultural land between the 7 vegetables, we take tradicional, ecological, technological criterions into account.
