A Diplomás Pályakövetés És Az Integrált Vállalatirányítási Rendszerek Elterjedtségének Összefüggései

Egyre gyorsuló ütemben fejlődő korunkban mindinkább előtérbe kerül az információ, mint a gazdasági szervezetek erőforrása. Az információ előállítás, továbbítás és felhasználás egyre fontosabb szerepet kap, melyhez az informatika és az információs rendszerek fejlődőse is nagymértékben hozzájárul. A gazdasági életben azok a vállalatok kerülnek előnyös helyzetbe, amelyek minél gyorsabban jutnak a döntésekhez szükséges legfontosabb információkhoz. Napjainkban az elektronikus adatfeldolgozás elterjedésével nem az információk megszerzése jelenti a legfőbb problémát – ezek ugyanis megtalálhatók a legkülönfélébb adatbázisokban, adattárházakban belső-, illetve külső információként – hanem azoknak az információknak az előállítása, amelyekre az adott szituációban szükség van egy döntés meghozatalához. Fontosnak tartjuk, hogy a felsőoktatási intézmények felkészítsék hallgatóikat a munkaerő-piaci elvárásokra a vállalatirányítási rendszerek használatára vonatkozóan. Tanulmányunk elkészítésének célja annak bemutatása, hogy a diplomások milyen eséllyel helyezkednek el olyan vállalatnál, ahol integrált vállalatirányítási rendszer használatát várják el tőlük. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Information as a resource for economic organisations is coming to the foreground to a greater extent nowadays in our era of rapid development. Producing, conveying and using information are playing a greater role mainly due to IT and information system developments. The companies that are able to acquire information that is necessary for decision making in the quickest possible way find themselves in a more advantaged position in economic life. These days as a result of the widespread electronic data processing it is not information acquisition that means a problem as information can be found in different databases, places for storage in the form of both external and internal information. Rather, producing information that is of vital importance in a given situation to make a well-grounded decision is problematic. In our view it is essential that the institutions of higher education prepare their students for the expectations of the labour market regarding the use of enterprise resource planning systems. The objective of our present paper is to present the chances of the graduates in finding a job at a company where managing integrated enterprise resource planning systems is expected.
