A Felsőoktatási Expanzió Alakulása Romániában A Rendszerváltást Követő Időszakban

Az 1989. decemberi rendszerváltás Romániában is, mint más posztkommunista országban az oktatási rendszer reformjával kecsegtetett az értelmiségi elit szemszögéből. Utólag derült ki, hogy a modernizálódás útjára lépett országban a rendszerváltásban résztvevő politikai elit legfontosabb tevékenysége a hatalom átmentés és identitáskeresés volt a 90'-es évek első felében. A feltornyosult továbbtanulási igények és a globalizáció az ajtón kopogtatott már, de a politikum nem nyitott ajtót időben, mivel nem ismerte fel a kopogtatót. Ebből kifolyólag a hátsó és oldalajtókon próbálkoztak a kopogtatók, és végül az ajtó kinyílt. A legitimitásválságot kihasználva gombamód szaporodtak a felsőoktatási vállalkozások és semmitől nem riadtak vissza. Tudták, hogy mit akarnak, és találtak is rá törvényes utat. A kormányzatnak évekbe tellett, amíg válaszolni tudott a folyamatra, majd felismerve az előnyöket a szolgálatába állította a folyamatot. Tanulmányomban a felsőoktatás helyzetfeltárására teszek kísérletet a rendszerváltást követő időszakra. Az eltelt időszakban a globalizálódás hatására a felsőoktatásba is jelentős változások következtek be Romániában, ahol még mindig van tennivaló főleg a kisebbségi felsőoktatási intézmények falain belül. --------------------------------------------------------------- The new political regime after the revolution in1989 in Romania, as in other post-communist countries, promised reform of the educational system from the point of view of the intellectual elite. As it later turned out, in the early 1990’s, the most important preoccupation of the political elite which played an important role in the transformation of the political regime in the country set on the path of modernization was preservation of political power and search of identity. The ever-growing need for higher education and globalization was knocking on the door, but politics did not answer in time, because it didn’t recognize the knocker. That is why knockers tried side doors until the door finally opened. Taking advantage of the lack of legal boundaries, the private institutions of higher education appeared one after the other and nothing scared them off. Their owners knew what they wanted and they always found legal ways to do it. The government took years to react to this process and recognizing its advantages, to turn it to its own service. In our study we make an attempt to present the expansion of higher education in Romania in the period following the change of the political regime in 1989. Since then there have been significant changes in higher education due to the effects of globalization. The educational system has gone through many changes, but there is still a lot to do, especially within the walls of Higher Education institutions of the minority.
