A Termőterület Változásának Vizsgálata Komáromesztergom Megyében

Tanulmányunk célja, hogy bemutassuk a termőföld, mint természeti erőforrás jelentőségét Magyarországon, különös tekintettel Komárom-Esztergom megyére, illetve rávilágítsunk a termőföld csökkenés okozta problémákra. Magyarországon a művelés alól kivett területek nagysága növekszik, amit azonban jelentős mértékben befolyásol az igénybevétel célja, a termőterület művelési ága, minősége, az ingatlan besorolása. Vizsgálatunk során a Központi Statisztikai Hivatal, a Földművelésügyi Minisztérium, a Komárom-Esztergom Megyei Kormányhivatal és Budapest Főváros Kormányhivatalának egyes Főosztályainak adatbázisait elemeztük a 2010-2016 közötti időszakban. Komárom-Esztergom megyében a termőföld igénybevétel fő célja az ipari célú fejlesztések mellett a bányászati beruházások megvalósítása volt. Az ország és a megye jelentős részét szántóként művelik, ezért a művelésből történő kivonások is a szántókat érintik a legjobban. A megyében jellemzően az átlagosnál gyengébb minőségi osztályú szántók kerültek kivonásra. A termőföld mennyiségi védelmének megfelelő kereteket ad a jelenlegi jogszabályi háttér, vannak azonban olyan beruházások, amelyek estében a földvédelmi szempontok kevésbé érvényesülnek. --------------------------------- The purpose of our study is to present the significance of the agricultural production area in Hungary as a natural resource, with special regard to Komárom-Esztergom County and to highlight the problems caused by the decline in land use. The size of uncultivated areas is increasing in Hungary, which is significantly influenced by the purpose of utilization, the cultivation branch of the area, the quality and the classification of the property. In this study we analysed the databases (2010-2016) of Hungarian Central Statistical Office, Ministry of Agriculture, certain Departments of the Government Office of Komárom-Esztergom County and Budapest. In Komárom-Esztergom County the main category of land use for other purposes was primarily to realize industrial developments followed by mining investments. A significant part of the country and the investigated county is cultivated as arable land. Therefore, the withdrawals from cultivation also affected mostly the arable lands. Typically, arable lands of poor quality were withdrawn from agricultural production in the county. The current legal background provides appropriate framework for the quantitative protection of the land. However, there are investments, in which case the land protection aspects are less prevalent.
