A Zselici Települések Helyzetének Változása Az Új Évezredben

A Zselic aprófalvas térségét joggal nevezhetik „elfelejtett tájnak”, mivel még szakmai körökben sem kap kellő figyelmet, mint ahogy azt a települések drasztikus ütemű népességfogyása és eltűnése indokolná. Jelen tanulmány célja, hogy a statisztikai mutatók elemzésével, térképi interpretációjával jelenítse meg a táj 63 településének alapvető infrastrukturális, demográfiai viszonyait. Az aprófalvakat jellemző releváns adatokat klaszteranalízis módszerével elemeztük, és rávilágítottunk a táj településeinek eltérő fejlettségbeli képére, annak lehetséges okaira. A klaszterbesorolások térképi ábrázolásával a terület térszerkezeti vonásai figyelhetőek meg. Az eredmények alátámasztják azt a hipotézist, miszerint a Zselic települései közül az 500 fő népességet meghaladóak is mutathatnak aprófalvakra jellemző tulajdonságokat. A mutatók által alkotott fejlettségi klasztercsoportok újraértelmezik az eddig pusztán népességszámhoz kötött aprófalu fogalmat. A kutatás eredményeivel és következtetéseivel szeretnénk felhívni a figyelmet a Zselici települések negatív folyamataira, azok következményeire. ------------------------------------------------------ The Zselic region is one of the classical small- and microvillage areas in Hungary which is prone to demographic erosion, unemployment and a deteriorating basic infrastructure. According to preliminary studies and the literature, the region has not got as much attention and support which would be justified by the decreasing population and declining settlements. The research aims at taking a snapshot of the current stage of development here, using multivariate analysis on the regional statistics. The paper takes an analysing approach to the social, economic and infrastructural conditions in the Zselic settlements are studied by a secondary cluster analysis of statistical data whereby villages with similar attributes can be grouped and the reasons for their similarities explained. The mapping of the clusters allows the spatial representation of the development differences in the region. The assumption that Zselic settlements with more than 500 inhabitants may also struggle with similar problems as the small and microvillages was confirmed by the analysis. With the research we would like to draw attention to the negative tendencies in the region.
