Abstract

Kísérleteinket 2013-tól várhatóan kiterjesztjük a takarmányozási célú hasznosításra is. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Food- and energy supply as well as livable environment can be considered as the most important, but simoultaneously hard to be solved troubles of mankind in the long run. Based on international tendencies, production of algae species with high oil-content and suitable for utilization of by-products for foddering- and biodiesel production, connected with sludge management and flue gas utilization can be regarded one of the most promising method. Experimentations in algae production technology has been delivered since 2009 in this topic by the cooperation of University of Debrecen and Monergo Ltd. We tested 4 algae species (Chlorella vulgaris, Scenedesmus quadricauda, Scenedesmus dimorphus, Spirulina platensis) during out investigations. Based on our small scale tests we suppose that establishment of an algae pond/plant can allow the effective utilization of all of by-products of a pig farm, the production of marketable final products and significant costs savings (foddering, fertilization, washing water). We are going to continue our experimentations from 2013 especially in the topic of algae use as animal feeding.
