Performance Assessment In Higher Education

Author

Listed:
  • Keczer, Gabriella

Abstract

There are several methods of performance assessment used by corporations that can be applied in higher education institutions as well. One Hungarian and one foreign example show that it is an effective way of forming a solid basis for fair renumeration and thus for motivating employees. On a long run it would be inevitably necessary for making Hungarian higher education more competitive.
