A vizsgÃ¡latokbÃ³l megÃ¡llapÃthatÃ³, hogy a GyÃ¶ngyÃ¶si KistÃ©rsÃ©gben a legtÃ¶bb munkanÃ©lkÃ¼li a 20-29 Ã©v kÃ¶zÃ¶tti korosztÃ¡lybÃ³l, illetve az Ã¡ltalÃ¡nos iskolai, vagy szakmunkÃ¡s bizonyÃtvÃ¡nnyal rendelkezÅ‘k kÃ¶rÃ©bÅ‘l kerÃ¼l ki. A nyilvÃ¡ntartott munkanÃ©lkÃ¼liek kÃ¶zÃ¶tt a fizikai munkÃ¡soknÃ¡l a fÃ©rfiak, a szellemi foglalkozÃ¡sÃº-aknÃ¡l pedig a nÅ‘k tÃºlsÃºlya Ã¡llapÃthatÃ³ meg. A legtÃ¶bb munkanÃ©lkÃ¼li a feldolgo-zÃ³iparbÃ³l kerÃ¼l ki, de az idÅ‘szakos igÃ©ny is itt jelentkezik. A munkanÃ©lkÃ¼lisÃ©gi rÃ¡ta emelkedÅ‘ jellegÅ± Ã©s az orszÃ¡gost meghaladÃ³ 2002-2004 kÃ¶zÃ¶tt. EzÃ©rt kÃ¼lÃ¶nÃ¶-sen fontos a kÃ¼lÃ¶nfÃ©le kÃ©pzÃ©si formÃ¡k Ã©s az Ã¡llÃ¡skeresÃ©s tÃ¡mogatÃ¡sa, valamint az agrÃ¡r terÃ¼leten a rÃ©gÃ³ta halogatott szaktanÃ¡csadÃ¡s bevezetÃ©se. A megoldÃ¡sban az eLearning, a HumÃ¡nerÅ‘forrÃ¡s-fejlesztÃ©si OperatÃv Program, valamint a LEADER+ jÃ¡tszik fontos szerepet. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Investigations have shown that most unemployed people in the GyÃ¶ngyÃ¶s subregion are 20-29 years old persons possessing elementary school or skilled workmanâ€™s certificates. Of the registered unemployed persons bluecolour workers among males and whitecolour workers among females are in the majority. Most unemployed people come from processing industries, but periodic demand is noticeable also in this area. The unemployment rate is increasing and exceeds the national average between 2000-2004. Therefore various types of retraining is particularly import in this subregion and so is the support of job finding and the introduction of long delayed counselling services in agricultural areas. The eLearning, the Human resources Development Program and the LEADER+ programmes may play important roles in resolving these problems.
