Abstract

A nagyüzemi állattartó telepek munkaerő-állománya jelentős szakmai- és generációváltás előtt áll, ami szerepet játszik a 2007-2013. évi fejlesztési előirányzatokban is. Az állattenyésztés munkafolyamatai egyre komplexebb tevékenységet követelnek, ezért a végtermékkel és a termeléssel kapcsolatos előírások változásával, a technológia fejlődésével, a gépesítés előrehaladásával a jövőben szélesebb körben alkalmazható szakismeretek szükségesek. A munkaadók igényeit kielégítő, értékes emberi erőforrás utánpótlásának és folyamatos fejlesztésének alapját a szakképzés különböző formái adják. Az állattenyésztésben jellemző, többnyire berögződött, káros munkamódszerek megváltoztatásához gyakorlatorientált, rövid, célzott tanfolyamok megvalósítása a kedvező, így ezek bővítése fontos. ------------------ The workforces of large-scale stock-breeding colonies face significant professional and generational changes, which play a part in the development forecasts for the period 2007-2013. Animal husbandry working processes require increasingly complex activities, therefore, with changes in the regulations relating to the end-product and to production, technological development, and the progress of mechanisation, more comprehensive technical knowledge will be required in the future. The foundations for the supply and constant development of valuable human resources that meet employers’ requirements are the various forms of vocational training. The establishment of short, practical, targeted courses is the best for changing the generally fixed, harmful working practices characteristic of animal husbandry, therefore their expansion is important.
