Covid-19 Pandemisinin Manisa İli Bağcılığına Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışma tüm dünyayı etkileyen Covid-19 pandemisinin Manisa ilinde bağcılıkla uğraşan üreticilerin üretim ve pazarlama sürecine olan etkilerini analiz etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın ana materyalini Manisa ilinde bağcılıkla uğraşan 71 üreticiden online anket ile elde edilen birincil veriler oluşturmuştur. Değerlendirmelerde basit tanımlayıcı istatistiksel ortalamalar ve beşli likert ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bölgesindeki bağcılık işletmelerinin üretim ve pazarlama faaliyetleri Covid-19 pandemisinden doğrudan etkilenmemiştir. Ancak üretimde kullanılan girdi fiyatlarındaki artışın etkisi oldukça dikkat çekicidir (4.51). Ayrıca üzüm pazarlama sırasındaki fiyatın düşüklüğü de üreticileri zorlamıştır (3.72). Üretim faaliyetlerinin sürdürülebilirliği için kullanılan girdilerin fiyatlarındaki artış oranı kadar üreticilerin desteklenmesi önemlidir. Ayrıca düşük faizli yatırım ve üretici kredilerinin verilmesi yarar sağlayacaktır. Tedarik ve pazarlama faaliyetlerinde dijitalleşme, yapay zeka kullanımı gibi alternatif yöntemlerin kullanılması pazarlama sorunlarının çözümüne katkı sunabilir.
