2019-2022 Dönemleri Döviz Kuru ve Petrol Fiyatlarındaki Değişimlerin Tarımsal Ürünlerinin Maliyetlerine Etkileri

Abstract

Toplumlar temel yapı taşı olan beşeri sermayenin, toplumsal gelişimi sürdürebilmeleri için eğitim, sosyal-teknolojik gelişim, deneyim gibi özelliklerinin geliştirilmesi ve toplumların yeterli ve sağlıklı gıdayla beslenmesine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır Ülkeler gıda temini ve sanayi için gerekli hammaddeleri tarımsal faaliyetler yoluyla sağlanmaktadır. Bu nedenle, tarım ürünleri fiyatları ekonomiler için büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışma tarım sektöründe etkili olan çeşitli faktörlerin incelenmesi ve analiz edilmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda Türkiye’de Ocak 2019 ve Mayıs 2022 dönemine ait veriler kullanılarak petrol fiyatı ve döviz kurlarının tarım ürünleri fiyatları üzerindeki etkileri karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenirken döviz kuru, petrol fiyatları, iklim koşulları ve uluslararası ilişkiler gibi unsurların, tarım ürünleri fiyatları üzerindeki etkileri detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca, Rusya-Ukrayna krizi gibi uluslararası gelişmelerin, tarım sektörünü nasıl etkileyebileceği üzerine özel bir vurgu yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre döviz kurlarındaki değişimlerin tarım ürünleri fiyatları üzerinde önemli bir etkisi olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Özellikle döviz kurlarındaki artışların tarım ürünlerinin maliyetlerini yükselttiği ve bu durumun fiyatları doğrudan etkilediği görülmüştür.
